Preparation and eating

  1. Slit the skin with a knife or using a strong thumb- nail around the fruit from end to end.

  2. Remove the skin.

  3. Remove the seed.

Usage

Eaten fresh and frozen.

Added in fruit salad and desserts.

High in sugar and vitamin C.
