Preparation and eating

Remove the rind with a knife and remove all seedy sections.

Slice the fruit lengthwise into 8-10 pieces.

Remove the seeds.

Cut up the pieces crosswise and arrange them on a plate.
Usage
Eaten fresh.
Make juice and jam.
Added in fruit salad, green salad and desserts.
