Preparation and eating

  1. Cut the fruit in half lengthwise.

  2. Cut each half into two pieces.

  3. Slice lengthwise into four pieces.

Usage

Eaten fresh.

Added in fruit salad.

Making juice.

Nutrition

Rich of vitamin C and fiber.

The red flesh variety contains lycopene which is a natural antioxidant known to flight cancer, heart disease, and lower blood pressure.
