Preparation and eating

Hold the fruit with both hands.

Break the skin at the small end of basal with your fingers.

Pull it off around the fruit anticlockwise.

Arrange flesh on a plate.
Usage
Eaten fresh.
Make juice, jam and pickle (in syrup).
