Dried red chiil, galangal, lemongrass, garlics, coriander, cumin, clove, coconut milk, bay leaf, cadamon, potatoes and palm sugar

Recipe

Massaman curry has a mild, slightly sweet flavor. It is actually a dish derived from Indian curry and a Persian, such as dried red chilli, galangal, lemongrass, garlics, coriander, cumin and clove. The sauce is created with coconut milk and palm sugar, enhanced to a greater level by spices and herbs, such as bay leaf and cadamon.  Vegetables are added, such as potatoes, peaunts. Most people order it with chicken but there are also options to have with pork or beef. It originated in South Thailand near the border of Malaysia where Muslims previously lived.
